Return Process

We accept returns on items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of your order. - Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:- Gift cards

- Perishable goods (such as flowers, food, etc.)
- Items on sale or clearance
- Proof of Purchase
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. - Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival. If your order qualifies for free shipping, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. - Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at service@bedbathzen.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request additional information, such as photos of the damaged product, to assist with the return. - Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
